The role coordinates with boards, vendors, and Sentry Home Office; manages meetings, vendors, contracts, risk, insurance, maintenance, architectural requests, employees, invoices, assessments, legal liaison, reports, and association onboarding and exit. Applicants need prior community management experience, strong communication and computer skills, a valid motor vehicle license with a clean driving record, and the ability to be professional, organized, and self-motivated.
