Tangram Flex is hiring a full-time Portfolio Manager [PfM] to lead a portfolio of defense programs supporting the air armaments community. The role bridges customer needs and technical delivery, manages program growth and execution, coordinates with customers and engineering, and oversees MOSA adoption, software verification, and platform interoperability. The position is based in Dayton, Ohio, or Ft Walton Beach, Florida, requires a U.S. government security clearance and U.S. citizenship, and offers hybrid work options.
