Description
The Portfolio Manager, Commercial Servicing oversees an assigned portfolio of commercial real estate loans and serves as the elevated point of contact for borrowers and investors. The role manages delinquency resolution, borrower requests, investor reporting, property and collateral monitoring, surveillance activities, and coordination with internal departments. It is an individual-contributor, customer-facing position requiring at least two years of loan servicing experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information. The salary range is $60,000 to $72,500 per year, with a performance-based quarterly bonus.
