Description
Oklo is hiring a Portfolio Planner to translate its project portfolio into an integrated organizational resource and staffing plan. The role will establish portfolio schedule coding, develop workload and demand models, create rolling capacity and headcount plans, analyze sequencing and constraint scenarios, maintain an enterprise operating plan, support management accounting and value frameworks, govern planning data, and produce executive insights. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years of progressive experience in portfolio planning, workforce planning, project controls, integrated scheduling, operations planning, FP&A, or a related field. The position is remote with quarterly travel to Oklo's headquarters in Santa Clara, California, and pays $150,000-$190,000 plus equity, bonuses, health insurance, HSA, FSA, and other benefits.
