Description
Apple is hiring a Program Manager and Analyst for its AppleCare Project Portfolio Management team to support capital planning, integrated technology planning, operational governance, contractor purchase-order tracking, cost-savings and innovation initiatives, post-project lessons learned, and the annual Enfold compliance audit. The role also coordinates project idea intake and reviews, facilitates planning meetings, supports Stratosphere testing and data validation, and identifies automation opportunities. Candidates need 3–5+ years of project or program management, PMO, or business process re-engineering experience, strong governance and vendor-tracking experience, data-analysis proficiency, and a BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
