DB InfraGO AG is hiring a Portfolio Project Manager in Berlin to manage complex infrastructure projects in the Berlin S-Bahn area and project sections across HOAI performance phases 1–9. The role oversees project objectives, cost, schedule, quality, risk, stakeholder, authority, contractor, customer, and regulatory compliance activities, and manages the full project lifecycle from tendering and contract award through change orders, acceptance, handover, and closeout. Candidates need a technical degree, several years of experience managing complex infrastructure projects, knowledge of HOAI and railway infrastructure, and experience with contract and change-order management.
