Marathon Petroleum Company LP is hiring a Portfolio Value Manager in Findlay, Ohio, to lead portfolio value management for enterprise initiatives. The role translates strategy into value targets, forecasts, performance measures, and benefit-realization expectations; partners with Finance, BP&A, business workstreams, and initiative owners to validate business cases and track realized benefits; identifies value gaps and forecast variances; advises leadership on investment prioritization and allocation; and establishes controls, methodologies, reporting practices, and coaching for consistent portfolio value management. A bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience are required, with proficiency in Excel and MS Office; Power BI, financial forecasting, scenario modeling, and senior-leader presentation experience are preferred.
