Description
The Positioning Department Manager reports to the District Manager and oversees sales and operations for the Positioning department. The role manages employees, coordinates demonstrations, installations, phone and field support, customer service, quotes, proposals, invoicing, inventory, training, and trade-show activities, while monitoring department goals and customer-service quality. The position requires management and supervisory experience, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with positioning equipment, civil engineering, GIS, and survey software; a bachelor's or associate's degree is desired. The role involves travel within the company territory and occasional out-of-state travel, with a stated salary of $80,000 to $150,000.
