Description
The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is hiring a full-time Positive Behavioral Specialist to support children with emotional and behavioral challenges in an inclusive youth-development setting. The role coordinates services with families, onsite staff, and external providers; provides individual and group behavior support and assessments; monitors progress toward goals; prepares reports; and offers behavior-management resources. Candidates should have at least five years of youth-development experience, a bachelor’s degree meeting Pennsylvania Department of Human Services requirements, and experience in education, recreation, child psychology, or related fields. The position pays $23.60–$26.44 per hour and includes YMCA membership, programming discounts, and health, dental, and vision insurance.
