Bradken is hiring a permanent, full-time, on-site Post-Casting Technician at its Mont-Joli plant. The role supports heat-treatment and cleaning processes by monitoring furnace programs and temperatures, verifying part specifications, performing hardness and defect inspections, handling non-conformances, preparing reports, and coordinating treated parts to the cleaning department. The position follows a rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour day and night shifts and requires a DEC in metallurgical or mechanical engineering, relevant manufacturing or heat-treatment experience, French proficiency, and Canadian work eligibility; visa sponsorship is not available.
