Tomo is hiring a Post Closing Coordinator to review and verify closed mortgage loan packages, deliver compliant paperwork to warehouse lending partners, resolve suspense items, register and transfer mortgages in MERS, run UCDs, manage collateral and loan pipelines, and prepare files for regulator review. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of related experience, mortgage banking knowledge, and the ability to work from Tomo’s New York City office on a hybrid schedule.
