The Post-MBA Program seeks a dynamic, results-oriented individual to own and drive projects and initiatives across banking, insurance, and utilities markets. The role involves setting goals, developing strategic plans, managing projects from conception to completion, identifying bottlenecks, building and coaching teams, improving processes, and accelerating organizational growth. It is based in Sunny Lisbon with travel to three markets, requires fluency in English and an EU work permit, and offers a flexible start date.
