Description
The Post Production Support Specialist supports Charles River Investment Management Solution customers after go-live by defining requirements, configuring and tuning the application, training users, testing workflows, documenting defects, and resolving issues. The role requires strong financial-industry knowledge, experience with investment-management or mission-critical financial systems, familiarity with SQL, FIX, reporting tools, and multi-tier architectures, along with customer-service, analytical, and project-management skills. The specialist will work with Charles River Technical Support and Product teams, maintain client issue lists, and support enhancements and new asset classes.
