Description
Arm is hiring a Post-Silicon Debug Tools Engineer to lead the architecture and development of next-generation post-silicon debug tools for configuring and decoding hardware traces in a SoC debug portfolio. The role involves collaborating with DFD architecture and design teams, silicon verification teams, and post-silicon debug teams; validating tracing tools in simulation and emulation; supporting root-cause analysis; promoting automation and scalable debug methodologies; and influencing silicon architecture for observability and diagnosability. The position requires a BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related field, at least five years of experience, strong Python skills, software development and CI/CD knowledge, experience with command-line and graphical user interfaces, and familiarity with SoC debug ecosystems and JTAG architectures.
