Description
Microchip is hiring a System Validation Engineer for its Data Center Solutions Business Unit to build and maintain validation infrastructure, develop test firmware and automation, and execute pre- and post-silicon functional tests on prototype SoCs and embedded firmware. The role requires prior prototype SoC integration and validation experience, knowledge of protocols such as PCIe and SAS/SATA, strong digital systems and computer architecture knowledge, and the ability to debug and solve complex hardware and software issues. This is a fully onsite contract position in Rocklin, California, with pay of $65.00–$100.00 per hour and an anticipated application deadline of September 10, 2026.
