Lovable is hiring a Post-Training Engineer to own the full lifecycle of its large-language-model post-training pipeline, from data curation and training through evaluation, deployment, and production monitoring. The role focuses on adapting reinforcement learning, preference optimization, and supervised fine-tuning methods for code generation and agent workloads, building evaluation infrastructure, operating GPU training systems, and resolving model-quality regressions. Candidates must have hands-on experience training and iterating on large language models, strong production coding and ML-framework skills, and the ability to translate research into fast, reliable production improvements.
