Michigan State University is seeking a full-time, fixed-term, one-year Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Supply Chain Management at the Eli Broad College of Business in East Lansing. The role supports an NSF-funded project on disability inclusion in the workforce, focusing on abilities-first inclusion, inclusive workflow redesign, analytical modeling, optimization, AI-enabled workflow design, and stochastic assembly line balancing, in close collaboration with faculty, doctoral students, and industry partners.
