Description
CEA is hiring a postdoctoral researcher to develop the MLACS method for magnetic materials by incorporating spin degrees of freedom and spin-lattice interactions into machine-learning interatomic potentials. The project aims to accelerate ab initio molecular dynamics and enable thermodynamic-property calculations for magnetic materials such as iron. The position is based at the Bruyères-le-Châtel site in Essonne, France, and runs for two years plus two one-year renewable periods.
