Microsoft Research India is hiring a postdoctoral researcher in AI systems in Bengaluru. The role focuses on research in AI systems, including CUDA/GPU programming and optimization, model serving and inference engine optimization, storage systems, KV cache management, high-performance networking, and scheduling. The researcher will collaborate with researchers, engineers, product teams, and partners, pursue impactful publications, and may mentor interns and other team members. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related discipline, strong programming and communication skills, and the ability to drive research from ideation through deployment.
