Description
The DKFZ is hiring a Postdoctoral Researcher to lead computational and translational analysis of pulmonary nodules in the PRELUNG study. The role integrates spatial transcriptomics, genomic alterations, histopathology, clinical metadata, and radiomic features; performs unsupervised clustering and biomarker discovery; collaborates with clinicians, pathologists, and imaging experts; and contributes to patient-centered return-of-data initiatives. The position is initially limited to two years, may be prolonged, and offers part-time work.
