Description
The Electronics group at the Lyon Institute of Nanotechnology is seeking a postdoctoral researcher to develop an open, modular, and extensible system-level evaluation framework for design space exploration and system-design-technology co-optimization of emerging computing architectures. The role focuses on the interface of computer architecture, accelerator design, performance modelling, and hardware-software co-design, converting device, circuit, array, and reliability results into parameterized architectural models for AI workloads. The position is based at Ecole Centrale de Lyon in Écully, France, with a starting date in Fall 2026.
