Description
Michigan State University’s Lee laboratory is hiring a one-year, fixed-term Postdoctoral Scholar in synthetic/medicinal chemistry or chemical biology to join a multidisciplinary drug discovery team. The scholar will design and synthesize novel small molecules, optimize potency and drug-like properties, integrate ADME/PK and in vivo data, collaborate across disciplines, participate in high-throughput screening, and publish research. The role is intended for a recent PhD and offers training in lead optimization, target engagement, pharmacology, and emerging AI-assisted drug discovery, with possible renewal based on performance and funding.
