Penn State is hiring a Postdoctoral Scholar in artificial intelligence and algorithmic techniques for transit services. The role involves leading research thrusts in federally funded projects, collaborating with project partners, conducting experiments, advising students, and publishing research results. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field before the start date and should have experience with public transportation services, control and optimization techniques, and community partners.
