Description
The Alenghat lab at Cincinnati Children's Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and creative postdoctoral scientist interested in epigenetics, host-microbe interactions, and the intestine. The successful candidate will focus on understanding how intestinal microbes influence mucosal and metabolic homeostasis, and contribute to chronic diseases like inflammatory bowel disease. Responsibilities include designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, improving methodologies, presenting research, drafting scientific publications, and providing mentorship.
