Description
Marsh is hiring a Change Manager for its Database Production Services team to manage the end-to-end ITIL change management lifecycle for database-related changes. The role includes validating change requests, managing change queues, coordinating change reviews, preparing reports, prioritizing and scheduling changes, and supporting IT Service Management governance. Candidates need at least three years of ITIL change management experience, ITIL Foundation certification, exposure to ITIL Service Management, and experience supporting applications, databases, or related technologies; PostgreSQL, pgAdmin, performance tuning, and strong analytical and communication skills are advantageous. The role follows Marsh’s hybrid work model, requiring at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients.
