Loula is seeking experienced postpartum doulas to join its network of independent doula providers. The role offers up to $134 per hour of billable time, with rates varying by payer and plan, along with credentialing, insurance verification, billing, payment, client referrals, and administrative support. Applicants must have five years of doula experience with three letters of recommendation, or alternatively 16 hours of birth/full-spectrum doula training and attendance at three births as a doula, plus adult and infant CPR training, HIPAA training, and liability insurance.
