Loula is seeking experienced postpartum doulas to join its network of independent doula providers. The role involves providing postpartum support to families, with Loula handling Medicaid and commercial insurance enrollment, credentialing, verification, billing, and payment. Doulas may work with insured clients through referrals and can also retain their own clients. The position offers up to $134 per hour of billable time, with rates varying by payer and plan, and requires five years of doula experience or equivalent birth/full-spectrum training and birth attendance, along with CPR, HIPAA, and liability requirements.
