Loula is seeking experienced postpartum doulas to join its network of independent doula providers. The role involves providing birth and postpartum doula care, with Loula handling Medicaid enrollment, credentialing, insurance verification, medical billing, and payment. Partners may work with insured clients through referrals and can choose how much work to take on. The position requires five years of doula experience or equivalent birth/full-spectrum training and attendance at three births, plus adult and infant CPR, HIPAA, and liability insurance. Compensation is up to $134 per hour of billable time, with rates varying by payer and plan.
