Loula is seeking experienced postpartum doulas to join its network of independent doula providers in California. The role offers up to $134 per hour of billable time, insurance support, credentialing, client referrals, and administrative assistance, while allowing doulas to maintain their own clients and practice. Applicants must have five years of doula experience or equivalent birth/full-spectrum doula training and birth attendance, plus adult and infant CPR, HIPAA, and liability insurance; those lacking the required qualifications may be supported in obtaining them.
