Description
Loula is seeking experienced postpartum doulas to join its network of independent doula providers. The role involves providing postpartum support to families, with Loula handling Medicaid and commercial insurance enrollment, credentialing, verification, billing, and payment. Doulas may work with insured clients through Loula's referral program and may also retain their own clients. The position requires five years of doula experience or equivalent birth/full-spectrum training and attendance at three births, along with adult and infant CPR, HIPAA, and liability insurance. Compensation is up to $134 per hour of billable time, with rates varying by payer and plan.
