Description
The Postsecondary Pathways Advisor supports student success through college and career readiness advising, pre-employment transition services, career exploration, work-based learning, employer and community engagement, and data tracking. The role coordinates with schools, counselors, employers, and other advisors; facilitates workshops and events; and provides individualized and group advising for middle and high school students. It is a full-time hybrid position requiring 240 days per year, with 80% of time spent in assigned high schools and frequent travel across the ESD 112 region and state. The salary range is $64,799.51 to $78,834.61, with offers made at the entry level.
