Description
The role performs staking, masking, conformal coating, potting-compound, and adhesive application on electronic assemblies in a high-reliability environment. It requires detailed manual work, specialized hand tools, assembly-record generation, labor recording, quality inspection, ESD and housekeeping compliance, and assistance with training. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of electronics-manufacturing experience, the ability to interpret BOMs and engineering documents, U.S. citizenship, and basic PC skills.
