Description
ePac is hiring a Pouch Assistant to support pouch machine setup and operation in its flexible packaging production environment. The role involves assisting with machine setup and quality, handling materials, maintaining production records, checking pouch quality, staging equipment and packaging, changing rolls, cleaning equipment, and performing basic packing and labeling tasks. The position is hands-on, requires a positive learning attitude, basic manual dexterity, safety awareness, and flexibility, and offers training on the job with potential advancement to Pouch Operator.
