Description
IPG is hiring a Pouch Operator in its Operations department to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain Pouch 1 and Pouch 2 equipment while producing bubble pouches. The role includes completing first-offs and changeovers, controlling materials and inventory, minimizing downtime, and coaching assistants and helpers. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while two or more years of manufacturing or machine-operator experience is preferred; the position is hourly and non-exempt.
