Description
The Pouch Operator works in the Operations department to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain Pouch 1 and Pouch 2 equipment for bubble-pouch production. The role includes completing first-offs and changeovers, controlling materials and inventory, minimizing downtime, and coaching assistants and helpers. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while two or more years of manufacturing or machine-operator experience is preferred; the position also requires physical work involving prolonged standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
