Description
The Pouch Operator sets up and operates pouch-making machines that convert laminated films into pouches meeting customer quality specifications. The role includes machine setup, changeovers, minor maintenance, quality testing, production reporting, housekeeping, and coordination with assistant operators. It requires shift flexibility, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic flexible-packaging knowledge, and the ability to work safely around moving mechanical parts and lift up to 50 pounds.
