Pilgrim's is hiring hourly production laborers for its DEBONE and HARVESTING plants in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The role involves processing poultry products with knives, cutting, deboning, inspecting, transferring, and rehandling birds on fast-paced production lines in a cold, wet environment. Applicants must be able to stand and use their hands for 8–11 hours per day, work in cool temperatures, multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain good hand-eye coordination. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with food or production experience. Compensation starts at $18.26 per hour and includes a base salary range of $38,022.40, with medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning after 60 days.
