Description
Kalmbach Feeds is hiring a Poultry Barn Assistant to support poultry production and nutrition research at its Poultry Research Center. The role involves feeding, watering, weighing, and moving birds; supporting research measurement days; following biosecurity procedures; maintaining records for weight, mortality, and animal health; and performing other assigned farm duties. A GED or high school diploma, willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, physical ability to stand and lift 50 pounds, and analytical and mathematical skills are required. Manufacturing or farm experience is preferred but not required.
