PersonalEXTRA GmbH is hiring a Powder Coating Employee in Lilienthal to prepare components, powder-coat electrically heated industrial ovens and accessories, operate the hanging system, perform light sanding and cleaning, and finish coated workpieces. The role offers above-tariff pay, holiday and Christmas bonuses, a permanent employment contract, workwear and personal protective equipment, team support, and opportunities for advancement. Training as a painter, powder coating specialist, or surface coating specialist is ideal but not required, while initial powder coating or surface-finishing experience is advantageous.
