Description
The Power Analyst provides fundamental research and market intelligence for the East Power Desk, covering supply–demand dynamics, price formation, generation and load trends, fuel markets, and Eastern interconnect markets. The role supports trading decisions through market summaries, emerging-theme analysis, trade-idea context, and the development of dashboards, forecasting models, and supply–demand trackers using Python, SQL, R, or Excel/VBA. A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline and 2–5 years of relevant experience are required.
