MET International AG is hiring an experienced Power Analyst to expand its power markets analytics capabilities. The role maintains and improves power market fundamental stack models across European markets, monitors model performance, supports short- to mid-term fundamental forecasting, analyzes energy-market correlations, develops Clear Spark Spread and Clear Dark Spread trading opportunities, prepares fundamental scenarios, and collaborates with traders, analysts, meteorologists, data engineers, and developers. Candidates need at least five years of power analyst experience or strong power markets experience in energy trading or commodities, power market fundamental stack modelling experience, a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics, and strong research, analytical, and quantitative skills.
