Description
Arm is hiring a Power and Performance Engineer for its Platforms and Performance Analysis team. The role performs hands-on power and performance profiling of SoC platforms across CPU, GPU, NPU, memory, interconnect, and full-system workloads; develops automation harnesses; supports pre- and post-silicon analysis; defines TDP and power-performance requirements; and produces technical recommendations for architecture, product, software, systems, and platform teams. The position requires experience with heterogeneous SoC analysis, Linux-based workloads, automation, profiling tools, and data analysis, along with a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.
