Description
Graphcore is hiring a Power and Performance Validation Lead to drive validation strategy and execution for AI compute silicon and systems. The role leads power, thermal, and performance characterization across pre-silicon and post-silicon environments, manages and develops a team of validation engineers, coordinates validation activities across multiple projects, and collaborates with architecture, RTL, firmware, software, and systems teams. The position requires expertise in SoC architecture, Linux, Python, benchmarking, hardware-software debugging, and cross-functional technical leadership.
