Google is hiring a Power Architect to define and own the power architecture for next-generation custom SoCs, including power domains, clocking, power delivery networks, power management policies, and hardware/software interfaces. The role leads cross-functional collaboration, power budgets, pre- and post-silicon power analysis, and power-performance modeling, with a focus on performance-per-watt and thermal constraints. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent practical experience, 10 years of ASIC/SoC architecture or design experience focused on power optimization, and experience with low-power design techniques and power management IP. The position is based in Tel Aviv or Haifa, Israel, and may require in-person interviews.
