Description
The BI Manager owns the analytics, reporting, data integration, quality, and people-management functions for Hays Electrical Services. The role develops and governs Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, integrates data from field and enterprise systems, supports project performance and forecasting analysis, and manages a BI team through workload, quality review, coaching, and performance. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of BI or related experience, hands-on Power BI and DAX expertise, construction and project controls knowledge, and experience with systems such as Viewpoint or Databricks.
