Description
The role develops and qualifies power-cable-system products, including planning and monitoring development and type testing in high-voltage laboratories, interpreting experimental investigations, managing product-development projects, and designing electrical and mechanical components. It also coordinates applied research, develops new technical fundamentals, and supports collaborations with external research institutions. The profile requires a technical degree in electrical engineering focused on power engineering, knowledge of electrical power grids or high-voltage equipment, partial-discharge measurement, and strong communication and teamwork skills; a PhD in high-voltage engineering, cable-system experience, FEM simulation, SAP, and CAD experience are desirable or advantageous.
