Description
Apple is seeking a Power Control Systems Engineer to design, implement, and evolve power control algorithms across multiple product features and platforms. The role involves analyzing real-world performance and power data, applying control theory and estimation techniques, developing data-driven and predictive power-allocation approaches, characterizing power-performance profiles with systems and software teams, debugging control issues across simulation, bench, and field environments, and mentoring junior engineers. A BS degree and experience with relevant programming languages, control-system design, and AI tools are required; an MS or PhD and extensive industry experience are preferred.
