Ford Energy is hiring a Senior Engineer, PCS / EMS Integration to integrate Power Conversion Systems, Energy Management Systems, and Battery Management Systems for battery energy storage systems. The role leads interface definition, signal mapping, control validation, software release management, testing, commissioning support, troubleshooting, and compliance activities, while serving as a technical interface with suppliers, vendors, engineering partners, and customers. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in BESS, energy storage, power electronics, or controls integration, offers a hybrid work arrangement with occasional travel, and provides a base salary range of $86,600 to $144,900.
