Intersect is hiring a Power Developer to support the strategy and evaluation of utility-scale clean energy and power infrastructure projects for data center and digital infrastructure markets. The role involves screening greenfield sites, assessing grid capacity and permitting requirements, developing wind, solar, BESS, thermal, and load projects, managing budgets and schedules, building financial and valuation models, performing accounting reconciliations, and coordinating with Engineering, Finance, and Permitting. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and at least two years of clean energy development, power origination, or utility-scale energy infrastructure planning experience. The position offers a total compensation range of $128,000 to $148,000 in USD, equity, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and flexible remote work with team gatherings at listed hubs.
