Description
Renesas is recruiting multiple Wafer Process Development Engineers to support semiconductor device development and manufacturing process development for automotive and AI-focused products. The role covers device structure design, wafer process flow development, device measurement and evaluation, and collaboration with elemental process technology, product design, and quality assurance. Candidates need at least five years of experience in semiconductor device structure design and/or process development, basic semiconductor physics knowledge, wafer process prototyping experience, and Japanese business-level proficiency; wafer-level electrical measurement, TEG layout design, and conversational English are preferred.
